The DivTech application offers integration with Diversified Ticketing Software, facilitating a streamlined workflow for authorized technicians. Upon authentication, users can access detailed work orders, scope of work documents, and associated ticket information. The platform allows for the upload of images directly from the device’s photo library and provides functionality to update the status of assigned tasks in real time. Additionally, users can review lists of required parts and tools, as well as browse relevant Knowledge Base articles pertinent to the service visit. Access to these features is contingent upon working within a company that employs Diversified Ticketing Software.

For users without authentication, the app includes a barcode scanning utility. This feature enables users to scan one or multiple barcodes and effortlessly copy the data to an email or other applications on the mobile device. Currently supported barcode types include:
